PracticeXP is used by students of every ability, and we want every one of them to be able to log practice. This page describes the standard we build to, where we fall short today, and how we fix problems. It is our accessibility documentation for district agreements (including the Colorado supplement to the Student Data Privacy Consortium NDPA).
Last updated October 20, 2026.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across the web app (app.practicexp.com), the iOS and Android apps, and this website. We have not yet had an independent audit, and we don't claim full conformance until one confirms it.
Accessibility problems are treated as bugs. When one is reported we acknowledge it within 2 school days, fix barriers that block a student from logging practice or signing in within 10 school days, and fix other issues in the next scheduled release. Where a fix will take longer, we provide a workable alternative (for example, a director entering practice on a student's behalf) in the meantime. We review the product against WCAG 2.1 AA at least annually and before major releases, and will commission an independent audit and publish a VPAT (Accessibility Conformance Report) on request from a district.
